澳門基金會（葡文：Fundação Macau；英文：Macao Foundation），為澳門具有公權力的半官方法人機構，2001年因為區華利基金會利益輸送事件，時任行政長官何厚鏵下令原澳門基金會和澳門發展與合作基金會合併而成。旨在促進、發展或研究澳門的自身文化、社會、經濟、教育、科學、學術及慈善等活動，且包括推廣澳門的活動，由澳門特別行政區行政長官負責監督。
